Vacuum degree, relative positive pressure degree, vacuum degree and pressurization time are adjustable.
The purge function will remove oxygen and moisture from the chamber, forming a better SEI layer during cycling

3.Process of battery vacuum seale

The operation process of the battery vacuum sealer is summarized as follows: after the battery is placed manually, the vacuum chamber is closed and vacuumed by pressing the start button with both hands. After reaching the preset vacuum degree, the head is lowered to seal the edge, and finally the vacuum chamber is opened and the battery is manually removed. This process ensures the effective sealing of the battery in the vacuum state, and improves the production efficiency and sealing quality of the battery.
